**Who we are looking for**:We are seeking a motivated and “keen to make their mark” Housekeeping professional for this pivotal full-time role, as **NSW Area Manager**. Your role encompasses overseeing the daily and strategic housekeeping operations at various hotels within the region, ensuring strict adherence to FBM’s policies and procedures. You will also facilitate ongoing training as required and management of certain budgetary aspects. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client requests and maintaining strong client relationships.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Operational Manager in a Housekeeping department or greater.
- A track record of managing and leading teams for at least 3 years.
- Strong knowledge of budgetary requirements within a hotel environment.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution.
- A good understanding of WHS procedures.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Possession of a current Australian driver's license and a roadworthy vehicle.
- A customer service focus coupled with a sense of urgency.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
