We are looking for our next Store Manager Someone who thrives off challenges and lives and breathes an active lifestyle. Opening a brand new store in Essendon, you will have the opportunity to set the culture you want to work in. Hire and train your own team to peak performance with an established brand that is experiencing huge market growth.
This iconic recreation brand is part of a larger retail group with 15 brands and 50+ stores spanning Australia & New Zealand. Gaining real cultural traction, they have collaborated with brands such as Gucci, Supreme, Vans, Maison Margiela and Comme Des Garcon and have fast become a celebrity favourite.
**This is a dream job with awesome perks**:
- $65,000 -$70,000 +super and bonus structure
- 70% discount on all 15 brands under the group’s umbrella
- Fixed Tuesday to Saturday roster

**You will bring**:
- Strong leadership and staff training skills
- 2+ years experience in a similar role within retail sector
- Creative eye for visual merchandising
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Ongoing training and development focus with your team
- Financial acumen and ability to drive sales and KPIs
- Proven track record managing stock and shrinkage
