- **Leading a Team**: Managing and motivating the team to deliver outstanding service and maintaining a positive work environment.
- **Barista & Service Excellence**: Crafting high-quality coffee and beverages with speed and precision, serving customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- **Daily Operations**: Overseeing the opening and closing procedures, managing cash, and ensuring the shop is clean, organized, and running smoothly.
- **Customer Engagement**: Greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and providing a bright, positive, and service-oriented experience.

Who We're Looking For:

- **Experienced Professionals**: A minimum of 1 years of experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment is essential.
- **Coffee & Beverage Skills**: You don't need to be a professional barista, but experience making coffee and other beverages is highly valued.
- **Positive Attitude**: We value a bright, positive, and enthusiastic individual with a genuine smile and a strong service mindset. You love working with people and thrive in a busy, friendly setting.

Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour
