About the Role

My client is looking for a Network & Security Lead to manage a global communications network in an efficient and cost-effective manner while ensuring network performance through network optimization. You will be required to manage the network security devices within Australia and provide advice internationally in their use and configuration. You will also be managing the data centre network facilities to ensure a high level of performance, redundancy, and optimal availability.
Skills and Experience
5+ years’ experience working in the operation and management of global networks. 3+ years’ experience in the management of network security. Previous experience working with network optimization and acceleration appliances. 3+ years’ experience managing VoIP communications. Prior experience completing analysis of network traffic data and providing recommendations for improvements. Must have a high knowledge of IP protocols, routing protocols, IPsec and SSL VPN configuration and QOS tagging. Proven problem-solving skills within networking, skills in router and switch configuration and maintenance. Previous experience with Global and SD Wan Knowledge/ experience with Fortinet firewalls Relevant security certifications including Cisco. Excellent verbal and written communication skillsHow to Apply
