**About the Organization**:
3 CLEAN, a well-established Australian business, is experiencing growth and is actively seeking top talent to join their team. If you have recent experience in commercial, industrial, or Air BNB cleaning settings, this opportunity is perfect for you.

**The Role**:
As a Commercial Cleaner, you will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for the following tasks:

- General cleaning
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Disinfecting public spaces, meal rooms, offices, and bathrooms
- Manual handling and lifting of equipment
- Operating cleaning tools such as buffers, high-pressure washers, scrubbers, and floor sweepers
- Removal of rubbish
- Proper use of chemicals for sanitization and disinfection
- Proactively managing stakeholder expectations

**Skills and Experience**:
The successful applicant should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Proven experience in a similar cleaning role (preferably)
- Reliable transportation and local availability
- Solid knowledge of cleaning and hygiene-related services
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A National Criminal History check

**Salary**: $31.00 - $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
