- 257033Seeking for a Test Automation Engineer for our Client, a statutory agency of the Australian Government.

As an EL1 Test Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

- Effective leadership, with the ability to work, report and lead in an environment of ambiguity and change
- Ability to create and implement overarching test strategies for projects/programs, covering the entire testing lifecycle, and including different aspects of functional and non-functional testing
- Creation of test plans according to project methodology (waterfall, agile, hybrid) and according to the objective of the project
- Preparation of testing estimates, including identifying resource requirements, to inform project planning and allocation of personnel
- experience working collaboratively with the testing community of practice to establish best practice methods and techniques, and consult on selection of testing products and tools excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and engage effectively with various stakeholders.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- ISTQB Test Manager qualified
- ~ 10 years working in test management and delivery
- ~ 2 years track record in managing high performing test teams
- Strong hands on experience is essential
- Demonstrated risk management knowledge
- Experience across data pipeline, web, api, mobile & cloud (AWS or Azure) solution testing
- Experience in Agile methodology and environments
- Advanced verbal and written communication
- Expert stakeholder management skills
- A passion for world class test delivery
- Baseline clearance at the minimum or ability to secure one.
- Prior Government experience would be beneficial.
