Mini Masterminds is an award-winning childcare organisation with 20 centres across NSW. **Position Overview**

Join the exciting journey of our brand-new, purpose-built **Schofields** service, catering for **120 children across six beautiful learning rooms**. As a **Room Leader**, you’ll take the lead in your room’s daily operations, ensuring high-quality education, consistent routines, and a warm, inclusive atmosphere. You’ll inspire and mentor your team of educators to deliver engaging, play-based programs that nurture each child’s learning, confidence, and wellbeing.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and guide the educators in your room, fostering teamwork and professional growth.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality learning programs in line with the EYLF and NQS.
- Maintain effective routines and a safe, organised, and engaging learning space.
- Champion the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with families and keep them informed of their child’s progress.
- Support the centre’s culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Room Leader or strong interest in taking on a leadership role
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Child Protection training/certificate
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Passion for creating inspiring, engaging learning environments
