HR Administrator/ Coordinator

Located in South West Sydney (WFH Flexibility).
- 3-6 month contract with possibility of extension.
- Circa $80K Base + Superannuation.
An exciting opportunity for a WHV or immediately available HR professional seeking a new challenge as a HR Coordinator within a highly reputable Construction Group. Joining on a temporary basis, you'll be assisting the team during a busy period & HRIS project. You'll be supporting an authentic & inspiring leader with all HR Administrative tasks for the 3-6 month period.
Based in their Moorebank office, you will also have the opportunity to work in their Sydney CBD office & will also have WFH flexibility.
**About the Role**:
You will play a pivotal role within the HR team and will be responsible for:
- Owning the onboarding/induction process for new hires
- Maintaining and updating employee records/data in the HRIS as well as conducting HR reporting.
- Assisting with the integration & data cleansing for a new HRIS (Elmo).
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
- Responding to HR enquiries & managing a HR inbox.
**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in a HR Admin or Coordinator position.
- Strong drive, motivation, & ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- A proactive and energetic style with outstanding communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills & skills across the Microsoft suite.
