**The opportunity**:
We’re seeking skilled Process Workers to join our O’Connor Board Plant. These are permanent full-time roles, working Monday to Friday on our day or Afternoon shifts.
- Day Shift: Monday - Friday 5am - 1.30pm, with overtime generally until 3.30pm
- Afternoon Shift: Monday - Friday 3.30pm - 11.30pm, with overtime generally until 1.30am
- Daily overtime applies after the first 8 hours and must be available for 1 weekend per month minimum, with Saturday or Sunday available at penalty rates

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate machinery to meet production, service, and quality standards for the manufacture of cardboard packaging.
- Feeding product into the converting machines and arranging product at the machine discharge points.
- Stacking products onto palettes for further processing ensuring all board stacked are neat and stable.
- Assist in machine setup, dismantling and job changes tasks for a production run.
- Perform quality inspection checks and other procedural checks to ensure the best quality is delivered to our customers
- Maintain safe work and operating practices, and a high level of housekeeping at all times.

As our new Sorter, you will be a team player with a strong work ethic. You will be committed to working safely and engaging with all safety processes and procedures, along with the following:

- Previous operation experience in a manufacturing or Board environment.
- Proven ability to work in a physically demanding and fast paced environment.
- The ability to work under pressure and display a good eye for detail particularly in quality control.
- Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn.
- Forklift licence is a bonus.
