**Location**: Brisbane, QLD
**Duration**: 12-month contract

FinXL Professional Services is on the lookout for a skilled and motivated **Test Analyst** to join our team and contribute to an exciting **digital transformation project**. **About the Role**:
**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Analyse business requirements and solution design documents to create functional and non-functional test scenarios.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts in line with best practices.
- Work closely with project teams to clarify testing requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Proactively identify risks and issues, ensuring early resolution.
- Facilitate test execution and defect tracking using **Azure DevOps**.
- Participate in test case review meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise test strategies.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- ** 5+ years' experience** as a Test Analyst with hands-on experience in software testing life cycles.
- Strong expertise in developing and executing test cases in **Azure DevOps**, Micros Focus ALM** or similar tools**.
- Ability to analyse and report test results effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team of professionals.
