A small, local CRO with a difference are seeking an experienced CRA. Sydney based with all local sites.

**Your new company**

**Your new role**
You will have the traditional roles and responsibilities of an experienced CRA. You will be based in Sydney and expected to service solely local sites. You will be responsible for clinical trial monitoring and data management. The activities/requirements are determined by the size, type and protocol assigned. Aspects of the role will include SIV, routine monitoring, close out, quality oversight and overall study management in line with SOPs, GCP etc. You will build strong partnerships with your study teams and study sites to maximise trial success, ensuring patient safety and well-being remaining the ultimate priority.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be Sydney based or live a commutable distance from Sydney. You will have independent monitoring experience in Australia/New Zealand focusing on multi-centre clinical trials in the region. Your professional experience will be bolstered by a degree in the Life Sciences/Health/Nursing. You will be an autonomous self-starter, provided the opportunity to work fully remote from Sydney. You will have an eye for detail, be solutions orientated and have the ability to build partnerships with study sites and teams.
