**What You’ll Do**
- Be the warm, welcoming face of our practice
- Support the Chiropractor to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Handle payments, financial agreements, and general office operations
- Keep things running calmly and professionally in a busy environment
- Engage with our community and help educate practice members on their care

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in medical or allied health reception or admin
- A friendly, positive attitude with a genuine love for helping people
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating on the phone, in person, and online
- A calm multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced setting
- A shared passion for health, wellness, and creating a supportive community

**The Details**
- Casual role with 5-15 hours per week based at our Muswellbrook practice. Flexibility to cover staff leave will be highly regarded and increased hours can be expected with business growth.

Practice hours are:

- Monday: 2:30pm-6:30pm
- Tuesday: 7:30am-11:00am and 3:00pm-6:30pm
- Wednesday: 2:30pm-6:30pm
- Thursday: 7:30am-11:00am and 2:30pm-6:30pm
- Friday: 7:30am-12:00pm
