About the job role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for the arts to join our team as a receptionist and retail assistant at Pixmagic. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming customers, answering and directing phone calls, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and making reservations and appointments. You will also assist with processing sales and returns, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and restocking and managing inventory. In addition, you will provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, and assist with visual merchandising and display setup.

About you:
Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Background or degree in art, photography, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Internship
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $21.47 - $35.16 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cranbourne, VIC 3977: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
