Annable Neasham Racing has a position available for a self-motivated and team-focused person to step into the role of Stable Foreperson at our Warwick Farm location. If you’re someone who thrives in a team environment with great leadership qualities and is all about getting results, this could be the job for you

**What’s the role?**
You’ll be in charge of a 25-horse colt barn, managing the day-to-day running of the barn, and taking the lead on weekends.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Someone with great leadership skills who can keep the barn running smoothly.
- A strong team player who can support and motivate others.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- A genuine passion for horse racing and stable life.
- Bonus points if you’ve done this kind of work before, but we’re happy to chat if you think you’ve got what it takes

**What you’ll do**:

- Oversee the care and management of 25 horses in the colt barn.
- Leading, supporting, and directing the stable staff
- Administering treatments, including needling when required.
- Working with vets and farriers to look after horse welfare.
- Keeping horse records up to date and in line with the rules of racing.
- Traveling to jump-outs, barrier trials, race days, and representing the stable.
- Preparing horses ready for riders, strappers, and trackwork.
- Keep things running like clockwork, whether it’s a regular day or when the trainers are away.
