***Role**
As Automotive Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues while ensuring all work meets Volkswagen’s high-quality standards. You will also play a key role in mentoring apprentices and junior technicians, contributing to the overall success of the workshop.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Perform scheduled repairs, warranty work and scheduled services to manufacturer specifications.
- Assist and mentor junior technicians and apprentices, sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Conduct test drives and quality control checks to ensure all repairs meet dealership standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate effectively with the Workshop Controller and Service Advisors.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) regulations in the workshop.

**Here's what we're looking for**:

- Qualified Automotive Technician with extensive experience in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Volkswagen diagnostic systems
- Passion for delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Reliable, conscientious, adaptable and customer focused.
- Excellent communication skills oral & written.
- A current valid driver’s license.
- **Volkswagen HVT qualifications and experience is highly regarded.**:

- **Must have Master Technician experience in a Volkswagen dealership.**
