As a Care Worker with us, you'll have the chance to customize care services to meet our clients' unique needs, including providing assistance with daily living activities, transportation, and personal hygiene support. You'll work to promote our clients' independence and dignity while building positive and trusting relationships with them and their families. Additionally, you'll provide emotional support and companionship and help maintain a safe and comfortable living environment by assisting with household tasks like meal preparation and housekeeping.

To be considered for this role, you'll need at least one year of experience in the care industry and hold a Certificate III in Individual Support or a relevant qualification. You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to empathize with clients from diverse backgrounds, and a valid police check, working with children check (NSW), or Blue and Yellow Cards (QLD), as well as a COVID-19 vaccination certificate.

If you plan to transport clients, you'll need a valid First Aid Certificate and comprehensive insurance, as well as a driver's license and reliable transportation.
