**About the Role**:
As an **NDIS Support Worker**, you’ll play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve their goals, maintain their wellbeing, and participate fully in their communities. Whether it’s assisting with daily living tasks or fostering opportunities for social and economic engagement, such as exploring & keeping a job, you’ll be making a tangible impact every day.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Supporting participants with daily living activities in line with their NDIS plans.
- Encouraging community participation and helping individuals build confidence in social and workplace settings.
- Providing person-centred care that respects individual choices and aspirations.
- Collaborating with families, carers, and other professionals to deliver holistic support.
- Upholding confidentiality, diversity awareness, and high professional standards.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate person who genuinely cares about making a difference. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

- Have a **Cert III in Community Services, Disability Support, Peer Work** or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hold a **current SA driver’s licence**.
- Have a **DHS Working with Children Check and an NDIS Worker Screening Check.**:

- Have experience providing community support, one-on-one client care, and working with individuals facing complex challenges.
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Understand the NDIS framework and have knowledge of disability and mental health-related issues.
