Little Pines Early Childhood Education & Care is a family owned and operated centre located in Russell Lea in the Inner-West of Sydney. The centre is accessible by bus services and parking is available on or near the premises.As a part of this full time role the successful applicant will be enrolled into the Certificate 111 Course or Diploma Course in Children’s Services as part of their employment. Off the floor study time will be provided each week to assist with studies.

**Ideally applicants will**:

- Have sound interpersonal and communication skills
- Be committed to learning and implementing high quality care and achieving NQF’s high quality outcomes
- Be innovative, creative and motivated to create a centre of choice for families within the local community
- Have excellent team work skills.
- Be competent in taking initiative and participating in the functioning of the centre
- Participate in building strong morale amongst the staff and a caring environment for the children
- Hold a current First Aid certificate or be willing to obtain one
- Demonstrate a commitment to furthering your career in Early Childhood.
