We are currently looking for a person to become our Client Support Officer, they are responsible for a range of activities, including assisting in the smooth running of daily operational tasks, such as clinic cancellations, clinic queries impacting clients and client queries.

Responsibilities include:

- Answer inbound calls from clients to the BSV Support queue and BSV support inbox and respond to enquiries
- Coordinate and support clinic cancellations, extra time bookings
- Respond to and triage a broad range of client enquiries received through InMoment and assist with the resolution of complaints from BSV clients.
- Maintain databases with updates of client information
- Coordinate requests for Group Bookings.
- On an as needs basis, provide support to CCT, answer inbound calls, register new clients, send and respond to SMS’s, webchats and make appointments as required.
- Assist when required with the mail room functions.

**About you**:
You will have previous experience working in a customer service focused role with some call centre experience, and excellent telephone etiquette; articulate, patient, friendly telephone manner and demonstrate empathy with active listening skills.

You will also have:

- Intermediate computer literacy, including experience with databases and relevant computer programs
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Understanding of key Call Centre measures
- Good time management and prioritising skills
