HR & Payroll Officer

Escape This is as rapidly expanding escape room operator with centres in Perth and Sydney. Currently employing over 65 permanent and casual staff, we are looking for a Payroll & HR Officer on a part time basis circa 15-20 hours per week to take care of our fortnightly payroll and other HR responsibilities. Flexible work hours are available.

The Payroll / HR Officer role will include;
- Proactively manage the payroll processes including timesheets, identifying and resolving the issues
- Staff Details management (create/ maintain/terminate etc.)
- Internal reporting of payroll figures, leave balances etc
- Support the recruitment and on-boarding process
- Ensure compliance with various state and federal legislation and remain current with legislative changes that affect Payroll (payroll tax & workers comp)
- Other duties such as assistance with hr and payroll functions.

Skills & Experience
- 5 years payroll experience is desirable
- Working effectively with exceptional attention to detail
- Hands on experience of full end to end payroll
- Award interpretation
- XERO, STP, Deputy
- The ability to be flexible and have great multitasking skills
- Experience working to deadlines

Salary offered will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
