**Responsibilities**:
Providing information about our products and services

Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

Ensuring company targets are met and actioned within set time frames

Database management - maintaining accurate customer information

Adopt continuous learning and improvement processes in all aspects of the position.

What you'll need to succeed

Demonstrated Customer Service experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to work under pressure, independently and part of a team

Have strong problem-solving skills and be able to conduct research investigate issues

Professional presentation

Recent referees

Be willing to complete a background check and any relevant testing
