A cleaning supply company which has expanded dramatically over the last two years is now expanding their team in Williamstown. This is a full time position with lots of flexibility and benefits.

Duties and responsibilities
- Inputting customer orders into MYOB
- Processing invoices into MYOB
- Checking invoices against purchase orders delivery documents, and statements
- Following up payment of outstanding accounts
- Experience with MYOB (ideally 1-3 years)
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Williamstown VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MYOB: 1 year (required)
