Great opportunity has opened up for a Casual Chicken Boner with the view to move to full time, to join our team in a new state of the art, purpose built food production kitchen. Specializing in custom food manufacturing for food service outlets, both commercial and institutional.

Reporting to the production supervisor your duties/responsibilities will include but not limited to,
- Breaking down whole birds and further processing to our customers requirements.
- High attention to detail and maintain quality.
- Repetitive movements and lifts - ability to stand for periods of time to perform your role.
- Maintain a clean & orderly work area
- Maintain food safety standards HACCP/SQF
- Reliable and starts on time
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ready to learn new skills
