Warehouse Supervisor

**About the role**

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Smeaton Grange warehouse team. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient running of our warehouse operation.

You will maintain our effective distribution system: storing, sorting, and dispatching products to our dealer and company-operated store network in line with our policies and agreed KPI’s.

This is a fantastic career opportunity in which you will further enhance your warehouse management and leadership skills whilst utilising a leading inventory management system.

**About you and your skills and experience**
- You will be a team player, committed to safety and customer experience.
- A good knowledge of distribution and warehousing procedures.
- Must possess exceptional time management and organisational capabilities.
- Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities along with a proactive approach are required.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience and demonstrated commitment to WH&S.
- Experience supervising a team would be beneficial.
