**Job description**
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Foreman to join this successful team and work on a high-end Luxury project based at Bellevue Hill and valued at $10M. Working closely with the Project Manager, your duties are varied and include but are not limited to:

- 90% Management 10% on tools as required (Site set-outs etc..)
- Reading and interpreting plans and drawings to ensure construction work is completed accurately and according to plan specifications
- Supervising the work of Carpenters, and other subcontractors
- Liaising with Consultants, Clients, Architects and stakeholders
- Accurate Site set-outs
- Follow Program to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high quality standard of work

**Your Profile**
To be successful you will need at least 7 years experience as a Foreman working on Luxury projects valued greater than $4M. It is essential that you have worked on high-end projects and have experience working on architecturally designed homes and understand their complexities and challenges. Ideally you will be from a Carpentry trade background, but not essential.
