We are seeking a **Planner/Content Editor **for 2 months - full time contract with one of our government clients.

Title: Dynamics 365 Content Editor

Description:
a. Convert all Planning Permit Application and Planning Scheme Amendment templates from MS Word to HTML Format in Dynamics 365.
b. Prepare a set of plain English user guides providing step-by-step instructions on how to create, delete and modify templates for use by internal officers in the Statutory Support Services (SSS) team.
c. Train SSS staff to create, delete and modify templates, using the user guides developed as part of this project.
d. Identify the most appropriate online tools available to assist the SSS staff for any future HTML editing, and ensure this is documented in the User Guides.
e. Work with SSS and Planning Information Services to ensure the conversion of all templates is correct, meets internal and external business needs and meets regulatory and legislative requirements.
