**About the company**

Our client, based at Brisbane Airport, is a market leader in the freight industry delivering to over 200 countries world-wide.

**About the role**

We are looking to fill a number of number of casual positions for experienced forklift operators who are also able to sort freight and load / unload planes.

It's a 24 / 7 operation - with training provided to work both in the shed and airside.

This is a professional environment - with a safety ethos and customer focus.

If you like to work in a great team environment, where managers foster a camaraderie amongst the team - whilst getting the job done - then this could be for you.

The hours of the role can change with operational requirements however you will have the opportunity to choose a permanent night shift or of days / afternoons.

On nightshift, you may also have the opportunity to work the occasional day shift or weekend shift.

so flexibility will help with some shifts
- A Current Police Clearance (or ability to get one)
- Current High-Risk Forklift License
- A Good Fitness Level (need to pass a medical)
- Forklift license (plus experience)
- Stores/warehousing background
- Current drivers’ license
- Good computer skills
- Ability to learn / follow new processes

**Pay and Benefits**

The successful applicant will be rewarded with:

- Good casual rates (higher for shift penalties)
- Extra for allowances including Transport and Multi Start Allowance
- Ability to learn how to operate plant and equipment to increase pay rates
- Opportunity to progress with the company
