**Assisting the kitchen crew with various jobs whilst maintaining the dishwashing station neatly and responsible for general cleaning of the common areas.**

**Duties**:

- Send dishes and pots through the dish washer (prewash if needed)**
**- Maintain a clean set up in the storage area**
**- Remove and take out rubbish bins**
**- Chop and peel vegetables and meat as per directed**
**- Assist in closing cleaning of the kitchen together with the rest of the team**
**- Clean, sanitise and mop and refill toiletries in bathrooms before service**
**- Mop common areas before service**
**- You need to be physically strong and fit as a lot of heavy lifting part of the job.**
