In-house Ads Specialist

We’re sent., a modern day candle brand with two goals in mind: to create amazing smelling candles that do good for our planet. We are the first in Australia to offer a one-of-a-kind scent service and we create some of the most unique scents on the market (think black tea, creamy coffee and cereal).

**We’re looking for someone who will**:

- Develop and create Meta ads that are engaging and visually appealing, aligning to our brand identity
- Research and strategise effective advertising campaigns, focusing on reach, engagement and ROI
- Manage ads, tracking performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Optimise pixel setup, audience management, split testing, etc
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills

**What you’ll bring**:

- Previous experience in digital advertising is a plus, but not required; a strong passion in the digital advertising space and upskilling is essential
- Strong creative skills with an eye for design and aesthetics
- A natural content creator, not shy in front of the camera if needed to be filmed
- Has strong knowledge of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Meta’s ad platform
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is preferred
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Loves the small-business space (and especially candles) where no two days are the same

This role offers 10-15 hours a week. You’ll be required to be at our Botany showroom once a week, and the rest remote. Our hours are also super flexible and can be worked around other commitments.

Pay: $23.23 - $30.00 per hour
