We are seeking interest from Senior Maintenance Planners for an exciting, permanent opportunity to work within our Pinjarra Refinery Powerhouse. Take pride in working within a diverse and dynamic team environment you will be working Monday through Friday, with one flexible leisure day every four-week period
We are searching for someone dedicated to contributing to maintenance efficiencies and effectiveness, a desire to make a positive impact in your working environment and one of the key drivers of this role is to ensure our trades person tool time is maximised. In this complex role, you will work alongside the Powerhouse Maintenance Coordinators to ensure maintenance activities support the powerhouse in preventative, predictive and planned maintenance.
Other core responsibilities include.- Elimination of waste in the major overhaul activities through effective planning and scheduling,-
- Co-ordinating maintenance activities through optimisation of resources - human, material, and cost,- Support the Powerhouse and Refinery lead team in preparing the budget forecasts,- Driving continuous improvement for the major outages,- Leading the standard planning meeting within the Powerhouse,- Providing leadership, mentoring and development to peers/colleagues.
About you
To play a part in our ongoing success we are seeking someone with:
- Powerhouse maintenance experience preferably in a continuous mining and/or manufacturing industry.- Considerable experience in planning or scheduling is essential.- Experience in cost reviews and management.-
- Ability to critically think and forward plan asset management activities.- Build and maintain strong working relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.- Demonstrated experience in computerised maintenance management systems- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to problem solve and influence.- Ability to work under pressure and in a changing environment.- High attention to detail.- Previous trade or powerhouse background would be highly advantageous but not essential
