We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated **Kitchen Hand** with a minimum of 12 **months of experience** to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining cleanliness, assisting chefs with basic food preparation, and ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly during busy service hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping ingredients)
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes and operate dishwashing equipment
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are always maintained
- Unpack and store deliveries appropriately
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff as needed during service
- Remove rubbish and ensure kitchen waste is properly managed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12 **months of experience** in a commercial kitchen environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Physically fit and able to be on your feet for long periods
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings

Pay: $24.95 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
