About Clontarf Beach State High School
Clontarf Beach State High School is a school based on culture and house values. The work in this area underpins all that we do for our students to improve out comes by delivering guaranteed and viable curriculum through engaging pedagogy. As we further develop 'The Clontarf Way', we are looking for a dynamic and influential leader to drive our pedagogical approach in a way that balances the expected strategies with flexibility to cater for all learners.
About the Role
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Lead the school department to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
- Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
