As a Retail Sales Assistant, you focus on helping people to achieve outcomes with their sleep health. Reporting into the Store Manager you will be a natural communicator with a pride and personal interest in what you do.

Our team is small, and our industry is forever evolving, so we’re not a fan of “not my role” type of behaviour - we’re a team, we help each other, and our customers are at the heart of what we do.

Let’s talk about the role

To succeed in this role, you will have the following capability and qualifications
- Previous experience in a busy, multi-tasking retail role- Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure- A strong customer service and sales focus that is always looking for the best outcome for the individual.- Strong and adaptable communication skills are a must- An active listener with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns and issues- Knowledge of CPAP therapy/sleep medicine will be highly regarded
