**This Sales and Design Consultant **role in **Capalaba** is perfect for someone with a passion for the industry or who has skills from a trade or manufacturing industry.

**Skills and Experience**
- Retail experience
- Design consulting and building experience desirable but not essential - you need a willingness to learn
- The ability to exceed sales targets, KPI's and customer experience
- A true passion for home improvements, Manufacturing and DIY
- Solutions based with an eye for detail
- Excellent face-to-face communications
- Strong phone manner and ability to give advice through phone calls
- Excellent computers and invoicing skills
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Articulate and excellent work ethic
