**THE POSITION**
- Cleaning of hospital wards, patient rooms and outside areas.
- Payrate of $35.55 is inclusive of casual loading.
- Shifts available Monday - Sunday at Long Bay Hospital situated in Malabar (Sydney).
- Safe use of cleaning chemicals and cleaning tools.
- Assist with other duties as required. Work as part of team.

**THE PERSON**
- This job would be suitable for a local resident in Sydney's eastern suburbs or inner suburbs.
- Cleaning experience in a similar environment desirable but not essential.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and ability to work independently and unsupervised as required.
- Experience operating cleaning equipment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of, and adherence to, all applicable policies relating to Workplace Health and Safety, Manual Handling Practices and the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
