Maintenance Supervisor - Mechanical/Electrical - Water & Wastewater Industry

This role focuses on operational maintenance and minor projects, with a specific emphasis on optimising plant reliability and performance. Working closely with our central operations team, you will manage ongoing maintenance operations, ensuring the smooth running of essential water infrastructure in collaboration with Sydney Water. - Supervising and coordinating maintenance activities on mechanical and electrical systems.

- Managing maintenance schedules, prioritising tasks, and ensuring timely completion of work.
- Liaising with Sydney Water and other stakeholders to ensure smooth maintenance operations and effective communication.

- You come from a mechanical or electrical trades background, ideally within the water and wastewater industry.
- You have proven supervisory experience and the ability to lead a maintenance team.
