- Full on-the-job training provided
- Regular clients and hours
- Permanent part-time roles
- Flexible days/hours, as long as your availability is between 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday
- If you don't have experience, we can offer you on-the-job training
- Minimum 15 hours a week, and work up to 30+ hours a week

- The hourly rate starts from $24.65 per hour (part-time, trainee) or $26.45 per hour (part-time qualified)

This role might be for you.

Our client, a well-established home and community care organisation is seeking new team members to join their local team in the local area. The work with ageing community members, who are safe to remain in their homes independently but do require some assistance with daily tasks, this is where you will help them.

The role is varied, you maybe assist some one with a basic home clean, making a meal, taking them to an appointment or completing their shopping, or if qualified assisting with personal care.

The role is varying and very rewarding, helping those who require your help, but with the variety and freedom of in-home care. You must be flexible, as each day and client varies greatly.

No experience required.

We are expanding this team, to deal with the increase in new clients requiring services, with the expansion of community services, in the Benalla area.

If you are starting your career as a Community Support Worker, you can complete the following tasks whilst completing study:

- Domestic Assistance
- Socialisation
- Meal Preparation

and as you progress you will receive training in additional services, such as:

- Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Respite care
- Catheter care, and much more

**What we are seeking**:

- Have a great attitude
- Be reliable
- Willingness to learn and work
- Ability to pass a National Police Check (we will get this for you)
- Have a current VIC driver's licence
- Have a reliable, registered vehicle, with full comprehensive insurance; and
- Have regular availability

Shifts are available Monday to Friday, between 9:00am to 4:00pm.

You will be visiting (clients - disability clients) in their homes and supporting them with services, which may include:

- Domestic Assistance
- Shopping
- Meal Preparation
- Transportation
- To & from Medical Appointments
- Social Activities
- Respite
- We are seeking people living within the local area
- Willingness to learn
