Our team is passionate about dogs and believes in creating a fun, safe, and stimulating environment for them to enjoy. We are currently looking for a dedicated dog walker to join our growing team

**Position Overview**: As a Dog Walker with our company, you’ll be responsible for leading group walks at off-leash dog parks, providing exercise, socialization, and lots of fun for up to 4 dogs at a time. This is a dynamic role where you’ll be balancing dog walking with driving to different locations. You’ll be given the opportunity to work independently, with the support of a close-knit team and training provided to ensure your success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead group walks with up to 4 dogs at off-leash dog parks, ensuring safety and fun for all pets.
- Drive company van to pick up and drop off dogs at their homes, maintaining a timely schedule.
- Provide individual attention to each dog’s needs during walks (e.g., ensuring they’re hydrated, engaging in play, and managing any behavioral concerns).
- Safely transport dogs and ensure their comfort and well-being during the ride.
- Complete any required documentation (e.g., walk notes, incidents, feedback).
- Work independently and follow protocols, while still collaborating with the team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience with dogs, either professionally or personally, is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
- Comfortable driving a company van and navigating to various locations.
- Must be able to manage a group of dogs and handle different dog personalities and behaviors.
- Strong communication skills and reliability are key.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
