**ABOUT THE ROLE:
**Summary of the role: The Mercy Health WorkCover team is small and dynamic, providing services to health care workers in Victoria, NSW, ACT, Queensland and Western Australia. We area recognised for a strong focus on early intervention, supporting our leadership teams and making a difference to our employees. This role will suit you if you have a mind to get things done with a people-oreinetated approach. No two days are the same but on a typical day you will find yourself**:
- Working full time over 5 days per week
- Located at our Corporate Richmond office
- Reporting to the Group WorkCover Manager you will focus on actively supporting our team members to recover while remaining at work or return to work following an injury
- Your priority will be to support our Aged Care and Home Care teams where some travel may assist building relationships
- You will actively contribute to sustained and measurable improvements to workplace safety
**ABOUT YOU**:
- _Demonstrated experience in injury management/return to work_
- _Allied Health or relevant qualification desirable_
- _You will have excellent relationship management and communication skills including demonstrated experience and a record of achieving positive return to work outcomes_
- _A solid working understanding of the Worker's Compensation legislation, processes and employer obligations across State jurisdictions_
- _Experinece in developing and delivering various return to work initiatives, encompassing rehabilitation, case managment and key technical practices_
