Site Supervisor

Banyan Tree Homes is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our tight-knit team. We are custom home builders situated in Cranbourne and service the metropolitan Melbourne region.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Increases management's effectiveness
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Review the work progress on daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Collaborate with project management team to detail Scopes of work, SWMS, ITPs and checklists.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Overall management of the site, coordination of the staging plan, working with the Project Manager to ensure the job is delivered on time and in budget

**What You Will Bring To The Role**
- Problem solving skills, to successfully identify problems, develop solutions and implement these using a logical and systematic approach
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to grow relationships with team members, trades and stakeholders
- Availability to work on weekends and overtime where required
- Proven experience in supervising construction site operations
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction highly regarded
- Current working knowledge of the Residential and Commercial Building Industry

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- Cranbourne, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Construction: 2 years (required)
