**The position**:
Barista

Tophat is on the lookout for an experienced barista to join our crew.
- Setting up coffee grinding and brewing equipment
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages.
- Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Customer-focused, enthusiastic individual
- Have the experience handling 7kg a day. Currently running a Mazzer and an EK43 with a Linea PB.
- Minimum one-year experience.

Opportunity to learn in the kitchen as well; most baking is done in-house as well as sauces and pickling.

$24-$28/hour
