**About Us**

**Appliance Giant** is a national online retailer specialising in home appliances from the brands Australians trust. We are a fast-growing, customer-focused business based in **Fairfield, NSW**, with a strong reputation for product value and service excellence.

We’re currently looking for a dedicated **Accounts & Finance Operations Coordinator** to join our team. This full-time role is perfect for someone with 2+ years of experience in accounts or finance admin, who’s ready to step into a hands-on role within a growing eCommerce operation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Reconcile supplier invoices with purchase orders and goods received
- Process and track supplier credits, warranty claims, and product returns
- Handle customer refunds and credit notes (Shopify, marketplaces, payment gateways)
- Support daily bookkeeping in Xero including transaction entry and bank reconciliation
- Manage accounts payable and assist in preparing weekly payment runs
- Maintain and update weekly cashflow tracking
- Communicate with external bookkeepers and internal teams (purchasing, warehouse, customer support)
- Keep financial documentation well-organised and audit-ready

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years’ experience in accounts, bookkeeping, or finance admin
- Strong working knowledge of **Xero** and **Excel/Google Sheets**:

- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in eCommerce or retail (advantageous but not essential)
- Self-starter who can own tasks and improve processes

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- Account reconciliation: 1 year (preferred)
- Bank reconciliation: 1 year (preferred)
- Xero: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
