Production Worker

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operate CNC and Laser Machines**: Gain expertise in loading and unloading cutting-edge CNC and laser equipment, ensuring smooth and safe operations.
- **Precision Cutting with Advanced Panel Saw**: Execute cutting tasks with accuracy, using our state-of-the-art panel saw. Maintain high-quality standards in every cut to meet customer specifications.
- **Handle Plastic Sheets and Fabricated Items**: Work with a variety of plastic materials, demonstrating craftsmanship and attention to detail to ensure the quality of final products.
- **Forklift Operation (If Licensed)**: Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move materials within the workspace, contributing to seamless operations.
- **Multitask in a Dynamic Environment**: Adapt to a wide range of tasks each day, seamlessly switching between production, administrative, and warehouse duties.
- **Provide Customer Service**: Assist with customer inquiries and service needs, while also helping with general warehouse duties to maintain a clean, organized workspace.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with CNC and laser machines (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency with panel saws and other cutting tools.
- Forklift license (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on cleanliness and efficiency.

Pay: $25.18 - $35.22 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Christmas bonus
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Plastics blow moulding: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer support: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
