**About This Position**:
As a Beauty Therapist at CJ Artistry, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of nail services, specialising in creative and innovative nail designs. Working in a dynamic and multicultural environment, you'll ensure that each client receives high-quality, personalised care. Your expertise in nail artistry and your passion for customer satisfaction will help maintain our position as one of Australia’s leading nail salons.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the salon, ensuring all tools and workstations are hygienic and safe.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and nail techniques, continually enhancing your skills and service offerings.
- Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, offering personalised care to encourage return visits.
- Efficiently manage appointments, respond to client inquiries, and ensure smooth scheduling and timely service.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure operational efficiency and a positive experience for all clients.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
- Strong technical skills in a variety of nail treatments and artistic designs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Relevant certifications are preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
