**Your Role at Nextt**
We’re looking for a female disability support worker with a mental health background to join our Frankston team. In this role, you’ll provide dedicated support to a client living with **schizoaffective disorder -**which includes complex behaviors.

**Available Shifts (must be able to work all listed shifts)**
**Week 1**:

- Monday: 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
- Friday: 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
- Saturday: 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm
- Sunday: 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

**Week 2**:

- Monday & Tuesday: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
- Wednesday: 10:00 pm - 7:00 am (overnight)
- Friday: 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

**Your Skills and Experience**
To excel in this role, you’ll need:

- A strong background in mental health support
- Experience supporting clients with manic episodes (elevated mood, irritability, hostility, increased energy, poor insight, impaired judgment)
- The ability to manage behaviors involving physical and verbal
- A passion for working with clients who love personal grooming, shopping, music, and TV

**What You’ll Need to Get Started**:

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Australian Driver’s License & Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance
- Completion of the NDIS Orientation Module
- Current First Aid & CPR certification

Pay: $33.96 - $61.13 per hour
