Job description

Carer’s Network are in search of a **Personal Carer **who has great communication skills and a commitment to providing excellence in service.

Our staff have a reputation for being professional and enthusiastic as they provide personal and home care to our clients in their homes in the Forest Hill area.

Duties will include:

- Travelling to client’s homes and assist with all aspects of Personal Care
- Providing **Personal Care Services**- house cleaning and shopping
- Maintain open communication and report changes in client’s health status
- Ensure client’s safety & well being

What we want:

- A valid driver’s license
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Covid-19 Proof of Vaccination
- A confident, client & solutions focused approach to your work
- Ability to work flexible hours
- National Police clearance
- Current and valid first aid and CPR certification

A minimum of Certificate III in the following is required
- Individual support
- Home and Community care
- Aged Care
- Disability

**It is a requirement of the NDIS that all staff must hold a current NDIS Worker Screen Check to be considered for this role.**

**Carers Network - Big enough to help you, small enough to care**

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $32.50 - $33.40 per hour (not including penalty rates)

**_Minimum 2 hour shifts_**

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff are required to wear a mask when attending with a client.
