**About the Role**

Great opportunity to join an international homeware and furniture retailer as Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability through exceptional customer service, motivating your team and ensuring all operational standards are met. You will have the chance to create an environment that is both enjoyable and productive. This role offers the perfect environment to develop your management career.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including staffing, customer service and stock control
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent customer service, using creativity and innovation.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth
- Oversee merchandising, pricing and promotional activities in line with company guidelines
- Develop relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Analyse data to identify trends in customer behaviour and devise plans for improvement accordingly
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support customers’ needs effectively

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Proven track record in retail management
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
- Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and EPOS systems.
- Passion for interior design and a creative attitude.
