Part-time Conveyancer

Fioro Legal is a boutique law firm in Beecroft and is currently seeking an experienced conveyancer to join our busy practice. Led by former top-tier lawyers, our focus is on providing clients with high quality, tailored legal services.

We have a broad client base, ranging from large listed corporates to small businesses and private individuals.

This is a part-time role, perfect for those looking for greater work-life balance or flexibility.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a conveyancer
- Ability and confidence to manage a conveyancing file from start to end without supervision, including reviewing and advising clients on the contract of sale.
- Proficient in TriConvey and PEXA
- Experience with other aspects of property law, such as leasing, desirable
- Desire to deliver superior quality and value for clients - attention to detail is critical
- Proactive, with the ability to work autonomously and to deadlines - must manage own files
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer literacy

Salary commensurate to experience and pro rata for part-time.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
