We are looking for a passionate coffee person eager to share their barista skills and knowledge with our coffee network. You’ll be a strong team player who equally values autonomy as you manage your time out on the roads travelling between our customers. You’ll be excited by the opportunity to continually enhance your coffee knowledge and to join a company that values growth and development.

We’re open to speaking to anyone from café management, head barista or training roles who can engage and support a range of learners.

Based in Melbourne, this is a full-time, Monday to Friday position. This role includes up to 16 weeks of travel both regional and inter-state to Tasmania.
