We’re currently seeking a Workshop Foreman to join our Shepparton team.
About the Role
As Workshop Foreman, you will lead and support our service team, driving performance through leadership, training, and development. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the workshop while fostering strong relationships with new and existing customers to help grow the business.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor the service team
- Coordinate daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Promote a safe, positive, and productive working environment

- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Solid technical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities
